Editing dissertations

We’ve recently edited three doctoral dissertations and are delighted that the two that have been submitted have been awarded their doctorates, both by overseas universities of stature. Congratulations to the new Doctors!

Editing of doctoral dissertations requires exceptional levels of attention to detail in all respects – not least in their footnotes. Quo Vadis’ eagle eyes are just what is needed to put the finishing touches to sometimes years of hard work by a doctoral candidate. The many different styles of academic referencing also need careful application and adaptation.

This is what our most recent Doctors had to say about us:

“Working with you has been a great source of help. You are very organized, professional, easy to work with and kind. I have learned from and enjoyed this experience.”

“I used Ruth’s services in the course of completing my PhD. I found her a capable and diligent editor… She was particularly good at honing down the exact formats for my footnotes and bibliography. Ruth was willing to put in the work when it was needed as deadlines loomed. I would recommend her an an editor.”

  1. This is the right site for anybody who would like to understand this topic. You understand so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I really will need to…HaHa). You definitely put a new spin on a topic that has been discussed for years. Excellent stuff, just wonderful!
